This project was commissioned by Battistini Custom Cycles to add to thier product range. The brief was to produce a finished tank to appear at an Italian Motorcycle show.

The plan was to use a method to form the parts called 'Super Plastic Forming' developed by Superform Aluminium Limited in Worcester, United Kingdom. My task was to prototype the required shapes, produce the tooling and get a sample tank ready within the deadline.

From start to finish the whole project was completed in seven weeks.
